Clean, tidy, reasonable number of options for food. The food was good from Hungry Wok. Floor staff friendly and efficient. Lighting and atmosphere nice with a good amount of seating.

I've been visiting the Richmond Mall my whole life, and it still remains to be a staple during my occasional trips to town. Parking can be a little tricky during peak hours, especially since the Mall now shares a carpark with a Warehouse and Kmart; but visiting anytime on a weekday will generally guarantee you a good spot. The Mall itself is clean and safe, has two sets of public toilets, a good selection of shops, and plenty of places to buy food (making it an ideal lunch destination).

Plenty 1hr free parking, cool little park at entrance for under 5s, lots of shop options. Good mall menu food.

It's an interesting place. I've been to the three largest indoor malls in North America so it's extremely difficult to impress me. Good selection of stores.
